Su Bağlantı İzni

Su bağlantı izni için mücavir alan sınırları içerisinde ilgili Belediyelere ait su ve kanalizasyon idaresine, mücavir alan sınırları dışında ise ilgili İl Özel İdaresi’ne başvurulur. Başvurular aşağıda belirtilen bilgi ve belgeler ile birlikte yapılır:

1. Yapı kullanma ruhsatı

2. Tesisat projesi

3. Arsa çapı ile ilgili belge

4. Kanal katılım makbuzu

5. İkametgâh ilmühaberi.

Yapılan başvuruların uygun bulunması hâlinde su bağlantı izni verilir.

Elektrik Bağlantı İzni

Yatırımcı tarafından ilgili elektrik dağıtım bölge müdürlüğüne bağlantı izin başvurusu yapılır. Başvurular aşağıda belirtilen bilgi ve belgeler ile birlikte yapılır:

1. Tapu kaydı

2. Belediye ya da yapı denetim kuruluşu onaylı elektrik projesi.

Yapılan başvuruların uygun bulunması hâlinde; imarlı alanlarda 2, imar yerleşim dışı alanlarda ise 5 gün içerisinde bağlantı yapılır.

Water Connection Permit

Applications for a water connection permit should be submitted to the relevant municipality's water and sewerage administration if located within municipal boundaries, or to the Special Provincial Administration if located outside municipal boundaries. Applications must be accompanied by the following information and documents:

Occupancy permit
Installation project
Document regarding land dimensions
Sewer participation receipt
Residency certificate

If the application is deemed eligible, the water connection permit will be granted.

Electricity Connection Permit

The investor must apply for an electricity connection permit to the relevant regional directorate of electricity distribution. Applications must include the following information and documents:

Land title deed
Electrical project approved by the Municipality or a certified building inspection authority

If the applications meet the necessary requirements, the connection will be established within 2 days in zoned areas and within 5 days in unzoned areas.

01.06.2019 tarih ve 30791 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe konan Turizm Tesislerinin Niteliklerine İlişkin Yönetmelik kapsamında turizm tesislerine turizm yatırımı ve turizm işletmesi belgelerinin verilmesi, bu tesislerin yönetim, personel ve işletme özellikleri ile uymak zorunda oldukları fiziki şartlar, işletmecilik esasları, uygulanacak fiyat tarifelerinin hazırlanması ve onaylanmasına ilişkin hükümler belirlenmiştir.

Turizm yatırımı belgesinin devri talebinde bulunulması veya belgeye konu yatırımın devredildiğinin Bakanlık’ça tespiti hâlinde Turizm Tesislerinin Niteliklerine İlişkin Yönetmelik’in 6. maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (a), (b), (c), (ç), (d), (f) ve (g) bentlerinde belirtilen belgeler istenir.

Kısmi turizm işletmesi belgesi veya turizm işletmesi belgeli tesislere ilişkin belge devri veya işletmeci şerhi taleplerinde ya da fiilen bu durumun gerçekleştiğinin tespiti hâlinde Turizm Tesislerinin Niteliklerine İlişkin Yönetmelik’in 6. maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (a), (c), (ç), (d) ve (f) bentleri, 7. maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) ve (f) bentleri ile 8. maddenin birinci fıkrasının (a) ve (b) bendinde belirtilen belgeler istenir.

The Regulation on the Qualifications of Tourism Facilities

The Regulation on the Qualifications of Tourism Facilities, which entered into force after its publication in the Official Gazette dated 01.06.2019 and numbered 30791, governs the issuance of tourism investment and operation certificates for tourism facilities. It also regulates the management, personnel, and operational standards of such facilities, their mandatory physical requirements, principles of operation, and the preparation and approval of applicable price tariffs.

Transfer of Tourism Investment Certificate

In cases where a transfer of a tourism investment certificate is requested, or if the Ministry identifies that the investment related to the certificate has been transferred, the documents specified in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (ç), (d), (f), and (g) of the first clause of Article 6 of the Regulation on the Qualifications of Tourism Facilities are required.

Partial Tourism Operation Certificate or Operator Annotation

For cases involving a partial tourism operation certificate, the transfer of documents related to tourism operation-certified facilities, or a request for an operator annotation, or if such a situation is identified to have occurred, the following documents are required:

Paragraphs (a), (c), (ç), (d), and (f) of the first clause of Article 6,
Paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (ç), (d), (e), and (f) of the first clause of Article 7,
Paragraphs (a) and (b) of the first clause of Article 8 of the Regulation on the Qualifications of Tourism Facilities.
